    Send us your menu in any format — photo, PDF, Word — and we structure it cleanly in the app. Categories, modifiers, prices, photos.

    A short hands-on session covering live orders, marking items out of stock, pausing your store, viewing payouts. No guesswork.

    Item-level discounts, first-time-customer promos, dish-of-the-week. We share what tends to work for similar Mauritian merchants.

  • We provide a thermal printer

    If you want orders to print straight from your kitchen, we supply and set one up for you. No extra cost.

  2. Step 2 of 3

    Walkthrough

    A real person from our local team contacts you within one working day. We show you the UpDash Store app, walk through commission and payouts, and answer every question — no pressure.

  3. Step 3 of 3

    Go live

    When you’re ready, we schedule a short in-person meeting to verify your business documents, help you build your menu, and set you up with a thermal printer if you want one. You go live the same week.

Who can apply

Registered companies and sole proprietors selling food & beverages, groceries, bakery, snacks, ice cream, gifts, flowers, or pet products. If you’re not sure whether you qualify, send us a quick email and we’ll come back to you.
