How do I book a restaurant table with UpDash?+
Choose your party size, date and preferred time, then browse matching restaurants. You can explore without signing in. When you are ready to send a booking request, sign in or create an UpDash account.
Is my table confirmed immediately?+
No. Your request stays pending until the restaurant accepts it. The restaurant can also decline or suggest another time, so always check the booking status before travelling.
How will I know when the restaurant responds?+
UpDash shows the latest status in My bookings and can send a push notification when the restaurant confirms, declines or suggests another time.
Can I browse restaurants before creating an account?+
Yes. Restaurant discovery is open to everyone. An UpDash account is only required when you send the booking request so the restaurant can respond securely.
How far ahead can I request a table?+
The current booking window covers today and the next six days. Available request times depend on the date, the restaurant and the selected party size.
Can the restaurant contact me about my booking?+
Yes. A restaurant may use the contact details on your UpDash account to clarify a request or discuss any restaurant-specific booking requirement.
