The UpDash website is owned and operated by Updash Technologies Ltd, a company incorporated in the Republic of Mauritius ("UpDash", "we", "us", or "our").

These Website Terms govern your access to and general use of the public website, including its information, materials, and functionality. By using the website, you agree to these Website Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using it.

UpDash develops and operates technology that connects customers, Merchants, Drivers, and other service participants. The availability of a particular feature may depend on location, participating Merchants, technical readiness, and legal requirements.

These Website Terms do not govern a customer order. Customer orders are governed by the Customer Order Terms. Other products or relationships may be governed by separate customer, Merchant, Driver, promotion, wallet, or service-specific terms.

If these Website Terms conflict with terms written for a specific UpDash service, the service-specific terms apply to that service.

UpDash takes reasonable care when publishing information, but website content is provided mainly for general information. Services, features, Merchant participation, prices, promotions, and availability may change.

You should check information relevant to an order or transaction in the applicable UpDash service before relying on it. UpDash may correct errors and update or remove website content at any time.

UpDash gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the website for lawful personal use or legitimate business activity connected with UpDash.

UpDash uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the website and information processed through it. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure. If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Website Terms continues to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Website Terms without UpDash's prior written consent. UpDash may transfer its rights to an affiliate or business successor, subject to applicable law.

These Website Terms and the documents they expressly refer to form the agreement concerning general use of the website. They do not replace separate terms governing a specific UpDash product, transaction, or business relationship.

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Subject to mandatory rights under applicable law, the courts of Mauritius have jurisdiction.
