UpDash Waitlist — Terms & Conditions

The “UpDash Launch Waitlist Giveaway” (the “Promotion”) is run by UpDash, a company registered in Mauritius. Contact: support@updash.mu.

Entry is open to residents of Mauritius aged 18 and over. UpDash employees and their immediate family members may participate but are not eligible to win the prize.

1. Complete the waitlist form on updash.mu/waitlist.
2. Verify your email address using the 6-digit code we send.
3. Follow UpDash on Facebook and Instagram.
4. Share the post that appears on your waitlist success page on your story or feed, and tag @updashmu.

You may also refer friends using your personal referral link. The number of verified friends you refer counts toward your final entry score.

One (1) winner will receive a total of Rs 10,000 made up of:

• Rs 5,000 cash, paid by bank transfer.
• Rs 5,000 in UpDash credits, applied to the winner’s account on launch day and usable on food delivery and tiTaxi rides.

UpDash credits expire 12 months after launch and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries after the close of the Promotion. An entry is eligible only if the participant has (a) verified their email, (b) followed UpDash on both Facebook and Instagram, and (c) shared the launch post with the @updashmu tag.

The Promotion runs from the date the waitlist opens until the day before UpDash launches publicly in Mauritius. Exact dates will be announced on UpDash’s social channels and updated here.

The winner will be contacted by email within 7 days of the draw and announced publicly on UpDash’s Facebook and Instagram pages. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, an alternate winner will be drawn.

Information collected through the waitlist form is used to manage the Promotion and to send you launch updates. We do not sell your data. See the UpDash privacy policy for full details.

UpDash may amend these Terms or end the Promotion early if required by law or by circumstances outside its control. Any changes will be posted on this page. By entering, participants accept the most recent version of these Terms.
